Our Maternity Campus
Vita Nova Maternity Community sits on 46-acres and features six buildings. It allows us to serve women who are pregnant and in need of support and assistance. Our maternity housing campus has space for residential living, offices for staff, classrooms for instruction, childcare and offices available to local service providers who collaborate in our work. Located near numerous large employers such as Amazon, Oriental Trading and Werner Park, Vita Nova is committed to developing relationships with these firms and creating jobs for our pregnant women and new mothers. Our plan is to also offer child care with a strong focus on early childhood development for the mothers we serve.
Auditorium
Our women and their families are welcome to participate in fellowship and life recovery programs located in our auditorium. This building will be available for:
- Alumni Support Services
- Large gatherings or conferences
- Offices for staff and classrooms for childcare services as needed
Primary Care Residential Buildings
The dormitories at our maternity housing campus have amenities that include a full-service cafeteria, laundry facility, common areas for gatherings, office space for staff, classrooms, library, technology center and a nursery.
The Apartments
Two-bedroom apartments will be available to rent to Vita Nova alumni who exemplify leadership and are on a trajectory of increasing and enhancing their education and employment training.
